            SPRING BLOOMERS (page1)

 

        1.  "BEE'S BLISS SALVIA": Evergreen ground cover, 12'' high, full sun

                     

        2.  "BULBINE" ~ Bulbine frutescens: Evergreen clump-forming succulent, 12"-18" high, full sun to light shade, blooms through fall

                     

        3.  "CALIFORNIA BUTTERCUP" ~ Ranunculus californicus: Perennial, 12"-18" tall, sun or partial shade, goes well mixed with grasses and wildflowers

             

        4. "CALIFORNIA POPPY" ~  Eschscholzia californica: Wildflower, 12"-18" tall, full sun, blooms close at night or with shade

                          

        5.  "CLARKIA" ~ Clarkia unguiculata: Wildflower, 1'-2' tall, full sun to light shade, comes in coral, magenta, white, singles, doubles

                                           

        6.  "COAST GOLDENBUSH" ~ Isocoma menziesii: Erect shrub, 3'-4' high, full sun, long blooming period - April to Dec.
                     

        7.  "LACY PHACELIA" ~ Phacelia tanacetifolia: Striking violet wildflower, 2' tall, full sun
